Keeping fit and enjoying warm summer days can life one's spirits, and eating healthy keeps us motivated.
Seafood is a great healthy food choice, and one fish that I love is Chilean Sea Bass. If you can't get it, you can substitute haddock, sole, cod, even tilapia but you'll need to pay attention to cook time and it's color to ensure it doesn't get over cooked.

Our family is renting for the week. How will you prepare meals at our vacation rental?
Cookware, utensils, and all food ingredients will be brought to your rental property. Meals can be prepared while you're out playing and have Heat & Eat Meals ready upon your return. Or if you'd rather, meals can be cooked and served to your family and friends. It's up to you!
What are your fees? How much will it cost?
Fees are itemized by time/labor and food costs. Depending on type ingredients, (example: wagyu beef vs chicken, organic vs non-organic) food costs will vary and chef fees will be either by day or hourly rate.
When considering a party, having a budget in mind is essential in menu preparation. For example, a dinner party can range from $20 pp up to $100pp or more, (not including alcohol) but it's all dependent upon the client's desires and budget. Contact Chef Sue to discuss menu ideas that can suit your budget.
Can wine and beer be included in food costs?
No. Valley Gourmet does not have a liquor license and cannot resell alcohol. Wine and spirits pairings can be suggested, but purchasing and delivery of alcohol will be arranged by the client. Keep in mind alcohol costs when planning your party, as this can be a large line item in your overall budget.
How do we pay you?
All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. Deposits are required to secure dates and to cover costs of food.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
48 hour cancellation notice is required. Full refund will be given if more than 48 hrs. If less than 48hrs, deposits will not be refunded. Upon cancellation, every effort will be made to return food if possible. If after 48 hours, food already purchased will be billed to client.
